Total Compensation

Salary: base salary and allowances.
Bonus: year-end bonus, incentive bonus, patent Incentive and the other
related.
Profit sharing: employees are eligible to participate Xintecprofit
sharing. Profit sharing is tied closely with Company teamand individual
performance
Retirement Policy
Xintec’ s retirement policy is set according to the Labor Standards Act and Labor Pension Act of the Republic of China. The Company contributes an amount equal to 2% of salaries paid each month to employees’ respective pension funds, which are administered by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee and deposited in the Committee’s name in the Bank of Taiwan. The plan under the Labor Pension Act (the “Act”) is deemed a defined contribution plan. Pursuant to the Act, the Company has made monthly contributions equal to 6% of each employee’s monthly salary to employees’ pension accounts.
