Xintec has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to act ethically with integrity in all aspects of our businesses and finance dealings, and will not condone or tolerate any form of corruption, bribery and other unlawful acts from any of our employees, affiliates, or related parties. Therefore, if you find or suspect any unethical conduct or violation of Xintec ethical standards by a Xintec employee, affiliates, or related party, please promptly contact and alert us of such violation or suspected violation. Your report will be directly forwarded to our president or designate top manager.

Unless otherwise required by law, Xintec will act in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to keep your personal information confidential and to protect your identity.

Please note the followings:

• If necessary, Xintec may use your personal information such as your name, telephone number, and email address, to facilitate investigation or to contact you.
• You warrant that you are not acting maliciously or knowingly and willfully making a false statement. You shall assume all criminal or civil liability in the event that the allegations are proved to be made maliciously or known to be false.
• To allow Xintec to promptly investigate or resolve the issue, please provide as much detailed information or documents as possible. Please understand that if the information or documents are insufficient or incomplete, the investigation may be hampered.
• You warrant that you will not disclose any or part of information or documentation provided by Xintec, unless otherwise required by law. You warrant that you will not file any claim against Xintec using any or part of information or documentation provided by Xintec as part of the evidence.
