- Salary: base salary and allowances.
- Bonus: year-end bonus, incentive bonus, patent Incentive and the other related.
- Profit sharing: employees are eligible to participate Xintec’s profit sharing. Profit sharing is tied closely with Company’s, team’s and individual performance
