Mr. Jian-Bang Chen
Chairman
- Mr. J.B. Chen is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xintec Inc. and VisEra Technologies Company.
- Prior to this, Mr. Chen was the Vice President of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company as the Head of Material Management & Risk Management from 2001 to 2005.
- Mr. Chen joined tsmc in 1987 and held the positions from department manager, Fab senior director to Vice President. In 1999 ~2000, Mr. Chen was appointed by tsmc as president to Acer Semiconductor Manufacturing Inc. (formerly known as TI-Acer Inc.) He successfully transformed the company to a dedicated semiconductor foundry and has accomplished the merge with tsmc. Before joining tsmc, from 1980 to 1987, he worked for ERSO/ITRI RD department.
- Mr. Chen received his B.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 1978, M.S. from National Tsing Hua University in 1980, all in Physics. He is currently Director of tsmc Education and Culture Foundation and an associate member of IEEE.

Mr. J.J.Lin
Chief Executive Officer
- J.J. Lin is the chief executive officer of Xintec Technologies.
- Prior to joining Xintec in 2006, he served at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company for 20 years since the very beginning and held various management positions in the areas of engineering, IE/OE, new fab planning & engineering (building five megafabs in 6 years around the world and pioneering the start-up of TSMC's first 300mm fab as the Fab Director), technical transfer, and corporate program management.
- Before TSMC, he was with ITRI-ERSO for two years as process engineer in the R&D department.
- Mr. Lin received B.S. degree in Chemistry from National Cheng Kung University in 1982, M.S. in Applied Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University in 1984, and Executive MBA from National Taiwan University in 2007.
Lidon Chen
President
- Lidon Chen is the president of Xintec Technologies Company.
- Prior to joining Xintec in 2006, he served at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and held various management positions in the areas of engineering, integration and program management.
- Mr. Chen received M.S. degree in Physics from National Central University in 1988.
